  • Andrew Tregent

    Director
    With over two decades of experience in real estate and holiday property management, Andrew Tregent is a driving force behind HolidayCo’s growth into one of New South Wales’ leading holiday rental networks. Andrew began his career in 2001, quickly rising through the ranks to become the youngest franchisee in Raine & Horne’s history by 2003. After years of record-breaking sales and building a trusted client base, he brought his leadership skills and customer-first philosophy to the holiday accommodation sector—combining his property expertise with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. In December 2022, Andrew, alongside business partners Tom Tregent and David Keenan, acquired Accom Holidays Ettalong Beach, managing over 200 premium rentals, including the largest selection of apartments in the iconic Mantra Ettalong Beach Resort. This move set in motion a period of rapid expansion—adding Pearl Beach Real Estate, Ray White Killcare’s holiday portfolio, and properties across the Hunter Valley, The Entrance, and the Snowy Mountains to the HolidayCo. family. Today, Andrew oversees a network of over 400 holiday homes across six local offices, from beach houses on the Central Coast to vineyard stays in wine country and alpine retreats in the Snowy Mountains. He works closely with local teams to ensure every property is marketed to its full potential and every guest receives the highest level of service—from the moment they book to the day they check out. A Central Coast local for more than 30 years, Andrew understands the unique appeal of each destination HolidayCo. represents. His vision is simple—deliver exceptional stays for guests while maximising returns for property owners—and his track record proves it. In the past year alone, HolidayCo. has managed over 4,000 bookings, helping thousands of guests make lasting holiday memories. When he’s not leading the business, Andrew is actively involved in the community, serving on the Executive Board of the Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, as a Justice of the Peace, and as a board member of the Bendigo Bank Ettalong Beach.
  • David Keenan

    Director

    With a strong background in property management and a passion for tourism, David Keenan plays a key role in driving HolidayCo’s reputation for excellence in the holiday rental industry.

    David’s career in real estate and holiday accommodation spans more than two decades, with extensive experience managing premium properties in sought-after coastal and lifestyle destinations. His in-depth understanding of both owner expectations and guest experiences has made him a trusted figure in the sector.

    In December 2022, David joined forces with fellow directors Andrew Tregent and Tom Tregent to acquire Accom Holidays Ettalong Beach, at the time managing more than 200 premium rentals, including the largest selection of apartments in the Mantra Ettalong Beach Resort. This acquisition was the catalyst for a period of rapid growth, with David playing a central role in integrating new portfolios across Pearl Beach, Patonga, the Killcare Peninsula, the Hunter Valley, The Entrance, and the Snowy Mountains.

    David is a hands-on leader, known for his approachable style and focus on building strong relationships with property owners. He works closely with HolidayCo’s local teams to ensure every property is marketed to its fullest potential and every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable stay.

    A long-time Central Coast resident, David is passionate about showcasing the unique charm of each destination HolidayCo. represents. His goal is simple—to deliver world-class holiday experiences while generating outstanding results for property owners—a vision that continues to guide HolidayCo’s success story.

  • Amanda Smith

    General Manager

    Amanda Smith brings over 25 years of experience in tourism, hotel operations, and property management to her role as General Manager of the HolidayCo Group. Known for her exceptional leadership and industry expertise, Amanda oversees all systems, processes, and staff management across HolidayCo’s growing network of offices.

    Her background in both large-scale tourism operations and boutique property management ensures that HolidayCo delivers consistent, professional service to both guests and owners. Amanda’s focus on operational excellence, staff training, and streamlined systems allows the business to maintain its reputation as one of the largest and most trusted holiday rental providers in New South Wales.

Thirty+ Years of Professional Property Management

Our History

One of our Directors, Tom Tregent, began Holiday management in 1988 with Fittons Real Estate at Umina, the largest range of classic holiday cottages and flats.

Andrew Tregent, Tom's son joined the family business then Raine & Horne in 1997.

December 2022 business partners and highly regarded local agents Tom and Andrew Tregent and David Keenan purchased the highly successful business HolidayCo. Ettalong Beach, which managed over 200 local holiday rentals, which included some of the finest properties on the Peninsula.

The business quickly expanded with the purchase of Pearl Beach Real Estate in 2023 opening a specialised holiday rental office in the prestigious enclave of Pearl Beach, that services over 80 properties in Pearl Beach and Patonga.

2023 saw the expansion into the Hunter Valley with an amazing collection of rural retreats in the foothills of the stunning Barrington Tops NSW.

In 2024 the group expanded into the stunning Killcare Peninsula acquisition of Ray White Killcare holiday rent roll, managing over 110 properties across the Bouddi Peninsula, known as Central Coast Holiday Escapes.

2025 saw the exciting expansion into the Snowy Mountains with the acquisition of McGrath, Snowy Mountains Holiday portfolio that manages over 80 stunning alpine retreats across the Snowy Mountains

September 2025 saw the creation of our own brand HolidayCo. managing over 400 Holiday rentals across some of New South Wales most sought after holiday destinations. HolidayCo. managed over 4,000 bookings in the past 12 months, operating 6 local offices, employing 15 staff across our management, bookings and property services.
